Myötätuuli is a Guesthouse (Bed and Breakfast) situated in the beautiful countryside of Somero in Southern Finland. We offer traditional B&B services and pre-arranged theme holidays. If you want to relax for a while or perhaps do some Nordic-walking, reading, writing, or cross-country skiing; or are looking for a romantic get-away, Myötätuuli is a perfect place for you

Sustainable development is naturally important to us and we are surrounded by fields and organic farms. We use organicly produced food as much as we can (milk, eggs, flour etc.). We recycle as much as possible and we even pick our own berries and mushrooms!
We have excellent roads for Nordic Walking, a lit cross-country ski track is only a few kilometers away, and a swimming hall and gym are only 15 minutes drive away.
Should you like to travel around Southern Finland, we are conveniently located about a hundred kilometers from the three largest cities in Finland: Helsinki, Tampere and Turku.

ROOMS
We have 11 rooms, so beds for 20 guests to stay overnight and a spacious sitting room that allows about 27 people to enjoy meetings, seminars, etc comfortably. Myötätuuli is strictly a non-smoking guesthouse. In the garden there is a designated area where smoking is allowed.
In every room there are large windows for lots of natural light yet black-out curtains for those not used to the Finnish white nights... Throw blankets in the rooms for comfortable relaxation, central heating and a desk for writing.
There is a small, fully equipped kitchen available for all guests to use should you prefer to cook for yourself.
Naturally we also have a hairdryer, iron and board free of charge. There is also a small library that can be used freely. A Finnish Sauna (for up to 6 people) can be rented.
Myötätuuli has a free WiFi connection in all of its premises.
Unfortunately we can accept no pets.
To confirm a room, a 30 % deposit is paid and the rest is paid upon arrival. One night reservations are paid in full upon confirmation. Should you have to cancel your reservation you can do so two weeks prior to your visit and the confirmation deposit is returned in full.
Check-in: from 3 pm – 7 pm
Check-out: before 12 am.
